The IT-industry giant Nasscom has established a partnership with the Hiroshima government and decided to invest together for the upcoming Japan-India IT Corridor. The main idea of this partnership is the promotion of business to business cooperation and transfer of talents from India to Japan. On mutual consent, the project will be kick-started by the beginning of 2019.
Hiroshima and Nasscom will be inviting all the companies from their respective sides to join hands and participate in this platform of partnership. Both of them have also decided to set up an IT corridor at Hiroshima with a package of incentives that can be extended to all the Indian tech industries that are open to accepting the platform and forming partnerships with various Japan-based companies. The senior director of Global Trade Development, Nasscom, Mr. Gagan Sabharwal said that they are hoping for a significant change and advancement in the field of innovation and technology through this partnership. He said that he is looking forward to joining hands with Hiroshima and be a part of the growth in manufacturing and economic industries. The major objective of this partnership is to improve the relations between Indian and Japanese companies. What one cannot do can be done in partnership by two. That is the simple logic behind this partnership.
